Service Desk

Having the right team to take care of your IT needs.

Centralizing the delivery and support for IT services is a critical component of a well-functioning IT organization. Service desks are designed to handle all kinds of service requests, ranging from minor technical issues faced by a single individual to system outages that affect the whole organization. A service desk should also coordinate and implement planned changes to ensure minimum disruption to the business.

Our Service Desk provides a single point of contact (SPOC) from where all service management concerns are acknowledged, administered, managed, and escalated, to ensure that service levels are maintained by coordinating its resolution with particular resolver groups. By means of total contact ownership and the use of modern communication platforms, stakeholders are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of Service Tickets.

We provide real-time Service Level Management and reporting, and continuously attempt to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes to maintain optimal service levels of business-critical services.
